Monday evenings 7 -8:15pm Mindful flow

A dynamic flowing practice through sequences linked to breath, strength and flexibility training as well as mindful reflection to connect deeper in to the more subtle energetic qualities of the practice. the class closes with a meditation practice and relaxation.

    Yoga has been around for Centuries and still today Yoga is practiced and known for its transformative benefits on our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

    The Practice of yoga brings together mindfulness, movement and the breath, cultivating an embodied awareness to our experience in the present moment. The practice of yoga encourages us to be present in the 'here and now ' and present to ourselves. Body/Mind /Spirit.

    Jennifer is affiliated with the British Wheel of Yoga and is currently completing a 3 year Advanced teacher training Diploma with The BWY.
    She has been practising yoga for over 8 years and is passionate about teaching yoga and Mindfulness meditation. Her aim is to facilitate a calm mindful space where you can deepen your yoga practice.
