Psychotherapy assists clients in gaining insight in to the difficulties or issues they are currently facing, helping to establishing a greater understanding of themselves, their motives and behaviours, enabling them to find more appropriate ways of coping or to bring about change.

    Jennifer Levy is an experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor and has been working in her professional field for over 12 years.
    Her approach is Transpersonal, integrative humanistic, drawing mainly from Attachment based approaches, Psycho-dynamic & Psychoanalytical approaches, CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, exploring dreams & creativity, Transpersonal and Jungian approaches.
    She also teaches mindfulness meditation through guided practice and draws upon her knowledge of the Psyche/Soma connection, Trauma recovery, Self regulation & stress management.
