  • How I work

    Jennifer Levy is an experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor and has been working in her professional field for over 9 years.
    Her approach is integrated humanistic, drawing mainly from Attachment based approaches, Psychoanalytical approaches, CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Transpersonal and Jungian approaches.
    She also teaches Mindfulness meditation through guided practice and draws upon her knowledge of Yoga philosophy and the Psyche/Soma connection.

    Jennifer specialises in working with trauma through EMDR and Embodied Psychotherapy and Self development through Transpersonal Dreamwork and Psychospiritual development.
